摘　　要：为探讨肺心病患者血清酸性α－萘乙酸酯酶（Acidα-NaPhthylAcetateEsteraseANAE）测定的临床意义，本文测定了青年组、老年组、肺心病组及肺心病组治疗后的ANAE和IgA、IgM、IgG。结果显示：老年组的ANAE比青年组明显降低，体液免疫无明显变化，肺心病组的ANAE比老年组明显下降，体液免疫中仅IgA升高较明显，肺心病患者经治疗后ANAE回升，体液免疫无明显变化。因此，对肺心病患者测定ANAE较体液免疫有价值。To investigate the clnical siginificance of changes of ANAE in patients with cor pulmonal. The activities of serum ANAE.IgG IgA and IgM were measured in young people group, old people group, cor pulmonal group and both pretreating and posttreating periods in cor pulmonal. The young people and elderly as controls. The results showed the ANAE activities in old person group were much lower than those in young people group, the hamoral did not change. The ANAE activities were also siginficsantly declined in patients with cor pulmonal compared with those in old people group. IgG IgM did not change only IgA elevated markedly. There were no changes after therapy in humoral immunity, but the ANAE levels returned. Thus, the determination of ANAE in patients with cor pulmonal has more value than that of humoral immunity, in cor pulmonal group.
