摘　　要：目的:建立网络环境下医院统计指标公用数据元目录,促进统计信息的一致性表达,无歧义理解和广泛交换与共享。方法:基于医院信息系统可采集的通用数据信息,进行统计指标范畴界定;结合医院业务类别、专业特点、机构设置、数据元功能等综合因素对统计指标进行分类和编码设计;参照GB和ISO数据元属性,结合统计指标特性进行属性的剪裁和扩展,在此基础上对所选指标进行属性的规范化描述并应用指标分类属性和首字头字母序建立数据元索引目录。结果:(1)建立了由11类数据元组成的医院统计指标分类框架;(2)设计了由9位字符组成的医院统计指标编码系统;(3)对100个通用指标进行了属性的规范化描述;(4)提供了两种数据元索引目录。结论:医院统计指标公用数据元目录的设计与实现,解决了统计指标标准化问题,是促进统计信息有效交换、广泛共享的有效途径。Objective： To develop common Data Element Directory for Hospital Statistical Indicators under hospital network environment to improve and enlarge the consistency of description, common understanding, exchangeability and data sharing. Methods Based on the public data of HIS, the domain of statistical indicators was defined. The statistical classification and coding design was carried out, combined with hospital business category, organizational setting, specialty characteristics and data elements function. The data element attributes were modified and expanded by consulting relevant part of GB and ISO, based on which standardized descriptions of selected indictors were formed. The catalog of indicators was then founded via classification attributes and the first letter alpha-beta order. Results： 11 categories of Hospital Indicators were founded.The 9 character coding system was constructed. 100 data elements were normatively described. Two index systems were completed and provided. Conclusions.. Designing and completion of common data elements directory of hospital statistical indicator is an effective way to solve the problem related to standardization and to achieve interoperability and information share.
