摘　　要：主要介绍了医院改扩建3种形态即易地重建、原址征地扩建、原址改扩建。根据医院发展的实际情况,着重对医院原址改扩建进行探讨,并以成功的经验举例。同时指出只有做好医院的总体规划,运用系统科学的发展观,统筹安排、合理布局,才能做好医院建筑改扩建工作。Three types of hospital reconstruction and extension as well as reconstruction in difference area, extension in same place and reconstruction in same place. According to status of hospital development, reconstruction in same place was mainly discussed. The preconditions of hospital reconstruction and extension were scientific planning, balanced development and rational distribution.
