中文版照顾者积极感受量表的信效度研究

摘　　要：目的考察中文版照顾者积极感受量表(Positive Aspects of Caregiving,PAC)的信度和效度。方法对英文版PAC量表进行系统的翻译和评价,并应用中文版PAC对108名老年痴呆患者的照顾者进行测量,对测定结果进行信度和效度分析。结果中文版PAC量表总的CronbachJs α系数为0.90,其中自我肯定维度的CronbachJs α系数为0.89,生活展望维度的CronbachJs α系数为0.83。内容效度各条目的CVI值为0.8～1.0,全部条目的平均CVI为0.95。量表两维度(自我肯定维度和生活展望维度)得分与量表总分之间的相关系数分别为0.935(P<0.01)和0.884(P<0.01),初步证明了量表的结构效度。因子分析得到2个公因子,各条目负载大于0.4,共解释了70.26%的方差,进一步证实了其结构效度。结论中文版PAC量表是一份具有较好信度和效度的评定工具,可用于我国老年痴呆患者照顾者的研究。Objective To assess the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Positive Aspects of Caregiving （PAC）. Methods PAC was administered to 82 dementia earegivers and evaluated for the reliability and validity using standard psychometric analyses. Results The reliability was proved by Cronbaeh＇s α for internal consistency ranged from 0.72 to 0.82;the CVI for item content validity were ranged from 0.8 to 1.0,the mean of CVI was 0.95. The construct validity was also confirmed by factor analysis with 55.08% variance was explained by two factors. Conclusion An acceptable psychometric property of the Chinese version of PAC was indieated.PAC could be used as positive aspects measurement of Chinese senior dementia earegivers for further clinical study and nursing care.
