摘 要:采用自制的聚氨酯-铬(Ⅲ)络合物微乳液对生皮进行鞣制实验,研究了鞣制初期和后期pH值、聚氨酯配体相对分子质量、聚氨酯配体含量和硫酸铬盐含量等因素对鞣革结果的影响。实验表明,初鞣阶段pH值为3.0,鞣制结束时pH值为5.0,聚氨酯配体的特性粘度[η]为17.45mL/g,硫酸铬盐质量分数为4%,聚氨酯配体质量分数为5%时鞣革效果较好。场致发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)的结果也显示该络合物鞣剂可以良好地分散皮胶原纤维束,具有较好的鞣性。The peltry was tanned with polyurethane-chromium (Ⅲ) complexs tanning agent. Several factors that influenced the tanning results such as pH value, molecular weight of the polyurethane ligands, different content of chromium and polyurethane ligands were discussed. The results showed that it had good tanning effect when at the beginning of tanning pH of the tanning agent was 3.0 and at the end of tanning pH of the tanning agent was 5.0, the polyurethane ligands [η] was 17.45 mL/g, content of abio-chromium was 4% and the polyurethane ligands was 5%. The study of Scanning Electron Microscopy(FE-SEM) showed that the complexs tanning agent could separate collagen fibrils of the leather effectively, it also had good tanning effect.
