摘  要:抗生素89-07是庆大霉素新型的衍生物,给大鼠肌注30、90和120mg/kg,每日1次,为期7d或21d,并与庆大霉素(GM)等剂量进行肾毒性比较,结果表明,GM120mg/kg组引起大鼠肾功能的损害包括尿蛋白、尿糖、尿酶的活性,一般毒性症状和体重增长受抑制比抗生素89-07等剂量严重。病理组织学检查证明,GM和抗生素89-07的90和120mg/kg剂量主要是肾近曲小管上皮细胞损伤,抗生素89-07仅有轻度近曲小管上皮细胞退行性改变,而GM除细胞退行变性外,有部分细胞坏死,肾小管内有蛋白管型和细胞管型。The nephrotoxic potentials of the new gentamicin derivative, antibiotic 89 07 and gentamicin were compared in Wistar strain rats at intramuscular daily doses of 30, 90 and 120mg/kg for 7 or 21 days, respectively. Result showed that, in renal founction test, gentamicin group tended to produce more abnormal changes than antibiotic 89 07 group with respect to protein, sugar, lysozyme excretion in the urine, toxic signs and suppression of weight gain at 120mg/kg dose. Histopathologically, main lesions were found in the proximal convoluted tubular eptithelium in both antibiotic 89 07 and gentamicin groups. A finding observed with antibiot 89 07 groups at 90 and 120mg/kg doses were very slight degeneration without necrosis, whereas that found with gentamicin group at same doses were partial necrosis and renal tubule in protein and cell casts.
