摘  要:研究了国产azithromycin及红霉素等5种大环内酯类抗生素对521株临床分离致病菌的体外抗菌作用。结果表明:azithromycin对敏感的金葡球菌、肺炎链球菌、化脓性链球菌、淋球菌、嗜血流感杆菌、粪链球菌及脆弱拟杆菌等均具有较好的抗菌作用(MIC50<0.016~0.5mg/L)。对敏感的金葡球菌MIC50与MIC90分别为0.016与0.031mg/L,对脆弱拟杆菌MIC50与MIC90分别为0.016与0.125mg/L。azithromycin对所测试的多数致病菌的抗菌作用与红霉素相似或稍强,本品与红霉素有交叉耐药性。The in vitro activity of domestic azithromycin was compared with those of 5 other macrolides, such as erythromycin againsl 521 clinical isolates. Results indicate that azithromycin has better activity aqainst susceptible Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Streptococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus faecalis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Haemophilus influenzie and Bacteroidis fragilis (MIC 50 <0.016 ̄0.5mg/L). The MIC 50 and MIC 90 of azithromycin against suseptible Staphylococcus aureus is 0.016 and 0.031mg/L, respectively. The MIC 50 and MIC 90 of it against Bacteroidis fragilis is 0.016 and 0.125mg/L respectively. Azithromycin is more effective than or similar to erythromycin against most of the pathogens studied. Howerer,it has cross resistance with erythromycin.
