摘 要:采用无机多孔材料作为载体吸附脂肪酸相变材料,制备蓄热复合相变材料。该材料以骨料的形式可方便地掺入建筑围护结构中,用于夏热冬冷地区的节能建筑。采用月桂酸和肉豆蔻酸的低共熔物作相变材料,膨胀珍珠岩作载体,吸附后通过水泥包裹予以密封。利用控温比对试验进行性能表征与测试,并通过热工计算,评价了掺该材料后墙体的节能效果。结果表明:相变材料能有效地密封在载体中,100mmEPS保温砂浆墙体中掺入1kg/m2该蓄热复合相变材料,可以达到240mm墙体的隔热效果。This paper describes the preparation of a composite material with PCM for heat storage, in which PCM fatty acids are absorbed into porous inorganic carrier. In the form of aggregate, this material can be conveniently mixed into the building envelope for application in buiding energy conservation of the area that is hot in summer and cold in winter. With a eutectic mixture of lauric acid and myristic acid as PCM and perlite as carrier, it is enveloped by cement after absorption. The properties are tested by means of the temperature control experiment. Thermal calculation is given, thus the effect of the energy conservation can be figure out. The study shows that PCM is effectively enveloped in the carrier in this composite material, and, the thickness of the wall can be reduced by mixing this composite material without dissatisfing the building energy conservation criterion. With a content of only 1 kg/m2, the 100mm EPS mortar facing wall can reach the same effect of heat insulation with the 240mm wall.
