误诊为恶性肿瘤的上颌窦炎性假瘤(附2例分析)

摘　　要：目的探讨上颌窦炎性假瘤的临床病理学、放射学特点及诊断治疗方法。方法对我科收治的2例上颌窦炎性假瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果上颌窦炎性假瘤患者临床表现及影像学检查酷似恶性肿瘤,行鼻内镜下手术治疗和术腔放置局部类固醇激素明胶海绵,术后口服强的松药物治疗,预后良好。结论上颌窦炎性假瘤需依据病理学检查确诊,熟悉其临床表现及影像学表现,避免误诊、误治。Objective To investigate the clinical and pathological features,radiological features,diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory pseudotumour of maxillary sinus.Methods The clinical data of two cases with inflammatory pseudotumour of maxillary sinus in our department were retrospectively analyzed.Results Inflammatory pseudotumours were a group of benign neoplasms and their clinically and radiologically features mimicked an aggressive malignancy.All the cases were treated with operation,put with corticosteroids and prednisone.The prognosis of two cases was satisfactory.Conclusion The diagnosis of inflammatory pseudotumour of maxillary sinus depends on the examination of pathological diagnose.Its clinical and radiological features should be acknowleged,and the wrong diagnosis and wrong treatment will accurd.
