防拔染技术在纯毛绒线段染上的应用

摘　　要：文章详细介绍了使用拔染盐H进行拔白或色拔,段染风格别致花样的关键技术。指出了选择合适的易拔底色染料和色拔染料的方法以及防染盐H的合理用量;介绍了防拔染技术应用于纯毛绒段染的原理,并具体介绍了一种纯毛绒线的色拔实例。Used color discharge H, it can produce distant-dyeing design of particular style, Crux of discharging technology is ： 1. Design a seemly design for pure woolen knitting wool of distant-dyeing; 2. Sort out right grounding dye; 3. Sort out right discharging dye ; 4. Ascertain logical dosage of color discharge H; 5. Work according to technics process; 6. Discharging technology is the same with common distant-dyeing technology. Apply discharging technology to distant- dyeing of pure woolen knitting wool, we can produce knitting wool of particular style. These products can increase market and increase economy benefit of company.
