摘　　要：详细介绍了采用毛纺设备生产精纺羊绒纱的研制过程。从设备工艺配件、工艺流程、工艺参数、产品风格、原料、工序控制等几个方面具体介绍了生产精纺羊绒纱的工艺过程及设备改造,并指出了需进一步改进的技术措施。The production of worsted cashmere yarns are used in cotton production equipment, because of its cotton spinning equipment limitations, can not be soft cashmere bulk of the natural style of performance most tellingly, with wool production equipment to play such an identity, wool spinning equipment due to its characteristics of the system limits its only access to 70 mm or more of hair fibers, and the average length of cashmere fiber only 30 - 40 mm, not in wool production equipment. Our plant from 2002 after four years of effort, after countless technological innovation, and finally in wool worsted cashmere yarn production equipment, in Shaoxing was ＂the most inffluential popular textile brand＂ award. China＇ s wool textile industry created the spinning industry precedent.
