摘　　要：介绍了利用针织横机织片对粗纺针织绒纱线进行常规的物理指标色差、色牢度指标检查,以及在新产品研制中的原料配伍、工艺参数设计等方面的运用。充分利用针织横机对粗纺针织绒生产过程各个环节进行多种不同的抽查织片方式检查,可以及时对针织绒的品质指标给出定性、直观的参考意见,为粗纺针织绒生产企业利用针织横机控制产品质量、完善企业的质量管理系统,提供了新颖、简易、有效的品质控制方法。lt introduced the use of flat knitting machine in the check of yarn＇ s normal stands of physics, yarn＇ s chromatic different standard and colour fastness standard, the use of flat knitting machine in the invention of new product＇ s burn, technology＇ design and so on. Fully use of flat knitting machine in the produce of woollen can give qualitative, intuitive reference to most of the quality indicators. For woollen yarn production, the flat knitting machine can control product quality and improve the enterprlse＇s quality management system, provide a novel, simple, effective quality control methods.
