摘　　要：文章从技术和管理2方面对分梳流程中各个环节的对策进行了有益地探讨。质量影响因素主要有分梳工序的工艺条件、分梳设备、原绒质量、绒山羊品种、抓绒技术、员工素质等。针对各影响因素提出了相应的对策。对分梳企业产品质量的提高有一定的借鉴作用。There are some factors influencing the qualities of dehairing cashmere, such as the process of production, equipment, meterials, employee, the varieties of cashmere goat, confinement raising and so on. Faced intense market competition, dehairing cashmere factory must produce high-quality manufacturer with low-cost. Cashmere enterprises should maximize to improve qualities of dehairing cashmere from integral process. Every process should be perfected and optimized by the effectual and scientific ways in order to improve final qualities of dehairing cashmere. This thesis discusses mainly countermeasures for the processes of influencing factors of the qualities from technologies and managements. It also has the value of certain reference for improving qualities of dehairing cashmere factories.
