摘　　要：离岸金融市场是现代金融市场的重要组成部分,随着我国金融对外开放程度的加大,为进一步提高我国金融业的国际地位和竞争力,应当积极筹划和建设我国的离岸金融市场。然而,根据不同类型离岸金融模式的利弊及所需具备的条件,我们必须慎重选择,确立适合我国国情的离岸金融模式,做到运作有序、管理规范。Offshore financial market is an important part of modern financial market. As it is more opening to the outside world, China should actively design and set up its own offshore financial market to enhance the international status and competitiveness of its financial industry. Different types of offshore financial markets, however, have different virtues, deficiencies and required conditions, therefore China should make a careful choice to establish a model suitable for its conditions, and thus to keep the market operate and be administered properly.
