摘　　要：DHM905A是一种大功率恒流模块。本文首先介绍其性能参数和构成恒流电路的典型应用电路,然后根据实际需要,利用该恒流模块设计了一种连续波半导体激光器驱动电源,驱动电流为0.5A^10A可调,开机运行5小时内,温度系数小于1%。The HDM905A is a high-power constant-current module. Performance and typical circuits of the module were primarily introduced. Based on this module, a kind of power supply for driving continuous wave semiconductor laser was designed with driving current adjustable from 0.5A to 10A and temperature coefficient less than 1% during 5 hours＇ operation .
