复方细辛壳聚糖滴鼻液的制备及临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究复方细辛壳聚糖滴鼻液的制备,并对其临床疗效进行观察。方法:取细辛、辛夷提取液及其挥发油加入到壳聚糖溶液中,制成复方细辛壳聚糖滴鼻液。以薄层色谱法鉴别细辛、辛夷;并对其外观、稳定性及临床疗效等进行考察。结果:复方细辛壳聚糖滴鼻液性质稳定;薄层色谱中,供试品溶液色谱在与对照药材溶液色谱相应位置上出现相同颜色的斑点,阴性对照无干扰。临床疗效优于对照组。结论:制备工艺可行,质量可控制,临床疗效理想。Objective： To study the prepartion process and clinical effects of Compound Radix Et Rhizoma Asari Chitosam Nasal Drops. Methods： Mixing the extract solution of Radix Et Rhizoma Asari and Flos Magnoliae into the solution of Chitosam to prepare Compound Radix Et Rhizoma Asari Chitosam Nasal Drops. Radix Et Rhizoma Asari and Flos Magnoliae were identified by TLC; The appearance, stability and clinical effects were evaluated. Results： The quality control of Com- pound Radix Et Rhizoma Asari Chitosam Nasal Drops was promising. Spots obtained from the test solutions had the same colour in reference solution and medical material in the same location ,and the blank solution had no interference. Its clinical effects were better than those of the control group.Conclusion： The preparation proess of Compound Radix Et Rhizoma Asari Chitosam Nasal Drops is practicable, the method of quality control by TLC is reliable,and its clinical effects are good.
