摘  要:目的:探讨下肢静脉急性血栓形成的二维超声及彩色多普勒超声的特异性,敏感性及可靠性。方法:通过分析120条经彩超检查下肢静脉血栓形成的二维及彩色多普勒(CDFI)图像的特点及临床治疗经过及疗效随访复查情况。结果:彩超检查下肢静脉血栓形成是一种实时动态下,图像清晰直观的诊断方法。可了解血管的形态结构,管腔血栓形成的程度及彩色血流动力学等改变。120条下肢静脉急性血栓形成后,经临床治疗患者全愈。其中,65例为部分性血栓栓塞,占54%,55例为完全性血栓栓塞,占46%。其中左下肢血栓多于右下肢血栓。在随访复查中,65例部分性血栓管腔内片状弱光点消退及血管再通的效果好于55例完全性栓塞患者,中青年好于老年人。结论:彩超检查对下肢静脉急性血栓形成是一种可靠的诊断依据,对临床治疗有较好的指导作用。Objective: To investigate the specificity, sensitivity and reliability of the 2D ultrasound and color-Doppler ultrasound in diagnosing acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis (DVT).Methods:To analyze the image characteristics by the 2D ultrasound and Color Doppler Flow Imaging (CDFI) in 120 cases of acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis and integrate information above with the clinical information and follow-up information.Results:Color Doppler Flow Imaging was a real time image diagnosis, which was able to visualize the lower extremity DVT clearly. It also revealed the vascular structure, stage of embolism formation and change of hemodynamics. In 120 cases of acute lower extremity DVT, all were recuperated, 65 cases were partial thromboembolism (54%), while 55 cases were complete thromboembolism (46%). The number of left lower extremity DVT was larger than the right one. During the follow up, the rate of disappearance of weak reflective dots in vascular inner walls and revascularization rate in 65 cases of partial thromboembofism were higher than the one in 55 cases of complete thromboembofism. Youngers were better than the aged.Conclusion:ColorDoppler ultrasound has high reliability in diagnosing acute lower extremity DVT. It is an excellent evaluation tool in clinical treatment of such disease.
