摘　　要：目的优选补精益肾颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验设计,以淫羊藿苷的提取率作为评价指标,分别对影响提取效果的加水量、提取时间以及提取次数3个因素,选择3个水平进行考察。结果最佳提取工艺为提取2次、加水量分别为10倍量和8倍量、提取时间各为1.5h。结论该工艺稳定可行。Objective To investigate the process of best extraction for Bujing Yishen Granules. Methods The orthogonal test was employed for selecting the best extraction process, with the extraction rate of Icariin as criteria. The levels of water amount, extracting time and times were studied. Result The super extraction process was adding 10 times amount of water and 1.5 hours for the first time, then adding 8 times and 1.5 hours for the second time. Conclusion The method is stable, reasonable and feasible.
