摘　　要：目的：研究采用腹腔镜精索内静脉高位结扎治疗儿童精索内静脉曲张的临床价值．方法：腹腔镜下行精索内静脉高位结扎治疗精索内静脉曲张27例．结果：全部获成功，手术时间平均25min，术后平均住院时间5．5d，随访1—20（平均14）mo，无复发．结论：该方法操作简便，创伤很小，疗效好，恢复快，安全可靠，值得推广．AIM： To study the clinical value of high ligation of vena spermatica interna in treatment of children＇s varicocele under laparoscope. METHODS： High ligation treatment under laparoscope was adopted for 27 children with varicocele. RESULTS： All operations were successful （ 100% ）, with average operation time as 25 minutes. The average hospitalization time was 5.5 days after operation. The follow-up visits ranged from 1 to 20 months, with a mean of 14 month, and no recurrence was found. CON- CLUSlON： The method is easily operated, lightly invasive, effective, and safe. Therefore, the method deserves generalization.
