中西药联合治疗支气管哮喘的疗效和免疫学观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西药联合治疗支气管哮喘的效果及其对患者免疫功能的调节作用.方法:缓解期哮喘患者86例随机分为治疗组(n=51)和对照组(n=35),均给予常规治疗,治疗组加用中药汤剂.治疗前、后用ELISA法检测所有患者血清总IgE,IFN-g和IL-4;并用流式细胞术检测外周血CD3+,CD4+和CD8+含量.结果:治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为90.2%(46/51)和74.3%(26/35),差异具有显著性(P<0.01).与治疗前比较,中西药联合治疗后患者外周血CD3+和CD4+含量增加,CD4+/CD8+比值上升;IFN-g水平上升,IL-4水平下降,IFN-g/IL-4比值上升.结论:中西药联合治疗哮喘效果良好,且中药汤剂可调节患者免疫功能,使机体Th反应趋于平衡.AIM： To observe clinical effects of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of patients with asthma and its roles of immunologic regulations. METHODS： Eighty-six patients with asthma in remission phase were divided into the treatment and control groups randomly and given aminophylline, cortisone acetate and other routine medicine, and the patients in treatment group were given traditional Chinese medicinal broth additionally. The levels of total IgE, IFN-g and IL-4 were detected with ELISA, at the same time, the contents of CD3^＋ , CD4^＋ and CD8^＋were evaluated with flow cytometry in all patients. RESULTS： The total effective rates were 90. 2% in treatment group and 74.3% in the controls, which were signiticandy different （P 〈0.01 ）. After treatment with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, the contents of CD3^＋ and CD4^＋ increased, the level of IFN-g increased, but that of IL-4 decreased, the ratios of CD4^＋to CD8^＋ and IFN-g to IL-4 increased. CONCLUSION： Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has good effects on asthma, which can improve immunological function and seems to enable the abnormal Thl/ Th2 to recover to normal levels.
