摘 要:目的:探讨人体胸部阻抗图中左、右心循环作用的比例.方法:利用重建心阻抗图计算胸部阻抗图中左、右心循环作用的比例.结果:在容积图中左心循环作用为(54.3±6.0)%,右心为(45.7±6.1)%;在微分图中左心循环作用为(53.0±4.7)%,右心为(47.0±4.6)%;对于人体胸部阻抗图的贡献,左心循环的作用大于右心的,主动脉的作用大于肺部血管的,而心室的作用很小.结论:重建心阻抗图的计算结果能够反映人体实际情况.AIM: To investigate the ratio of the effects of left and right heart circulations in thoracic impedance graph of human. METHODS: The ratio of left and right heart circulation in thoracic impedance graph was counted with reconstructed impedance cardiogram. REULTS: In the volume graph, the effect of left heart circulation was ( 54.3 ± 6.0 ) % and that of the right heart was (45.7 ±6.1)%, in the differential graph, the effect of left heart circulation was ( 53.0 ± 4.7 ) % and that of the right heart was (47.0 ± 4.6) %. With regard to the contribution of thoracic impedance change, the effect of left heart circulation was bigger than that of the right heart circulation, the effect of aorta was bigger than that of blood vessels in lungs, and the effect of ventricles was very minor. CONCLUSION: The counting results with reconstructed impedance cardiogram can reflect the actual condition of human.
