农业产业化经营组织模式与产业特征匹配性初探

摘　　要：以交易成本理论为基础,笔者对农业产业及农业产业化经营组织模式作了"技术-市场"两维度划分,并对比分析了山东省莱州、寿光两市的成功农业发展案例。结果显示,农业产业化经营组织模式的选择与当地农业产业的结构特征密切相关;产业化经营组织模式与产业特征相匹配能提高产业发展效率。Based on the transaction cost theory,this paper assorts the agro-industrialization and patterns of agro-businesses in ＂Technolo- gy-Market＂ dimensions and makes a comparative study between the cases of Laizhou and Shouguang. The analysis shows that the organi- zational patterns should be consistent to local agro-businesses and that matching between organizational patterns of agro-industrialization and the characteristics of agro-businesses can improve the efficiency of industry development.
