摘　　要：采用单片机与可编程控制器构成成品轴承内外径全自动检验机的硬件。通过对单片机和PLC编程,实现了对成品轴承的全自动分选检验,该机具有很高的可靠性。Using the single chip computer and PLC to compose the hardware of the automatic inspection machine of finished bearing＇s inner ＆ outer rings. Through programming for the single chip computer and PLC, both realized automatic examination to the inner ＆ outer rings of the end product of bearing, and gave the machine high reliability.
