摘　　要：物流系统存在于从生产到销售的各个环节,对物流系统中的生产物流管理与控制,有利于企业生产物流的优化和提高产品竞争力。本文在分析生产物流系统特征的基础上,比较不同生产模式对生产物流系统管理与控制的影响。提出生产物流系统管理与控制的基本方法是制定物料需求计划和企业资源计划,准时生产、即时配送,实行约束管理。Logistics system exists in every link from production to marketing. Management and control of production logistics in logistics system are useful to the optimization of production logistics and the enhancement of product competitiveness of enterprises. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of production logistics system, this paper compares the influence of different production modes on management and control of production logistics system. The paper puts forward that the basic method of the management and control of production logistics system is making plans of material demand and enterprise resources, producing and distributing in time, implementing constraint management.
