摘　　要：本文简要介绍了安钢高线机组预精轧机在生产过程中出现的掉转问题及其成因分析,并就控制系统优化进行了重点介绍。实施系统优化后的预精轧机工作稳定,有力地促进了生产。This paper not only introduced the speed-falling in production of the prefinishing mill for high-speed wire＆rod mill in Anyang iron ＆ Sleel Group CO.LTD, but also introduce particularly about optimizing that control system .After optimizing, the prefinishing mill works well.
