摘　　要：高校学报网站建设应跳出"校刊服务校内"的思维定势,把办学报与办学报网站区别开来,在优质服务上下功夫,竭尽全力提高网站的访问量,以发挥其应有的工作职能与社会职能。而要处理好高校学报网站的功能定位,应注重以下问题:一、强化网站宣传,创建名刊品牌;二、充分重视学报网站的信息技术特征;三、及时利用成熟技术,节约而高效地实现网站升级;四、提高工作效率,提供优质的信息服务。In order to handle the function orientation of the Universities journal website well, we should pay attention to the following problems ： 1. we should strengthen the website propaganda ,then create a famous journal brand; 2. we should place primary importance on the characteristics of the journal website information technology; 3. we should utilize the mature technology promptly, and upgrade the website efficiently ; 4. we should enhance the job efficiency, and provide information services of high quality.
