水果套袋纸制造工艺的研究

摘　　要：分析了由果实品质和生产条件的不同所带来的不同水果套袋纸在造纸工艺要求上的区别,并且在优先考虑水果套袋纸透气性问题的前提下,对纤维原料与配比、打浆工艺、染料的选用、湿强剂以及施胶剂的使用等方面进行了优化分析,以便于在保证质量的情况下降低生产成本.Some differences for different fruit cultivation bag paper on papermaking technology, which were brought by the requirement of fruit quality and condition of production for paper quality, were analyzed in this paper. Mine while, better methods were showed on fibrous materials and its composition of furnish, beating, dye choosing, wet strength agent＇s using, sizing agent＇s using and so on, in order to decrease the cost on the basis of assuring quality.
