摘  要:发展了一种细观分析和宏观计算相结合的计算方法——细观元法.细观元法是使功能梯度构件宏观响应和材料组分的几何、物理、构造参数直接发生关联的分析方法,实现材料细观结构到构件宏观响应的直接过度分析.细观元方法相比一般有限元法不增加结点自由度,却使得功能梯度板件内任意方向细观结构变化得到反映.目前功能梯度板件分析只能处理材料特性沿厚度方向梯度变化,而运用此方法则直接从制备时给定的材料组分分布出发计算构件宏观响应,并给出了沿板平面方向材料特性梯度变化功能梯度板件的力学量三维分布形态.This paper presents a new microelement method, which establishes the relation between microstructure and macroresponse of materials. Namely, this method can provide the immediate relations between macroresponses of functionally graded structure and geometric, physical and structural parameters of material components. In this method, the change of microstructure along arbitrary direction in the functionally graded material (FGM) plate can be reflected without increasing the degrees of freedom relative to the normal finite element. Now, the change of material character is subjected to the thickness direction in the analyses of functionally graded plates. In this paper, the macroresponse can be immediately calculated by the material component distribution determined in the process of material production, and the three-dimensional distributions of mechanical quantities of the functionally graded plates with variant material character along the plate plane direction are given.
