摘  要:本文对姜黄药材中总姜黄素的提取纯化方法进行了较深入的实验研究,采用可见-紫外分光光度法测定提取物中总姜黄素的含量。并对超声辅助提取法做了考察,采用正交实验法对超声提取法提取工艺条件进行优选,得到最佳的提取工艺条件为:姜黄粉碎成40目,75%的乙醇超声提取,提取时间为60min.,姜黄素的提取得率为4.96%。This paper Makes an intensive study of extraction and purification of curcumin from turmeric . the total extract of the content of curcumin in the extraction solution was determined using visible – Spectrophotometric. the ultrasonicwave extraction was studied. In order to optimize the extraction technology, orthogonal experiment design was adopted to determine the extraction technology. The result indicates the optimum extraction technology is :crushing turmeric to 60 mesh,adding 75% alcohol,refluxing for 60mins,The content of curcumin in the extraction solution is 4.96%.
