摘　　要：药品统方是药品回扣存在的一个重要渠道。由于统方的隐蔽性,一直未引起管理者的足够重视,其治理的力度一直不够,尤其是近年来药品微机化管理的普遍推广,使统方的环节增多,统计手段也更现代化,治理的难度也随之加大。本文通过分析药品统方形成的原因及其危害性,着重从计算机管理、管理制度、教育和监督机制创新等方面研究统方的治理对策,探讨治理和杜绝统方的有效途径,更好地治理药品回扣现象。Prescription statistic is a Important channel for medication brokerage. Being done in secrete, it hasn＇t been attached importance to by governors, and the power of controlling hasn＇t been enough. Especially, as medication managing with computer has popularized in recent years, the component elements of prescription statistic have increased and the statistic method has been modernized. It gets more difficult to be governed. This article analyzed the reason and harm of prescription statistic, explored countermeasure, effective approaches of controlling and stopping it through computer management, education, innovation of supervisory system. So that medication brokerage can be governed better.
