摘　　要：本文就砂型铸造时冲天炉生产孕育铸铁，对组织产生白口缺陷导致硬度高的原因进行了全面的分析；并针对相应情况，提出了具体的解决措施。在实际中得到了很好的效果，对现实生产有一定的借鉴作用。This paper analyzes causes of the inoculated cast iron produced by sand mould which smelted in cupola, and reasons for chill defect leading to high -hardness; moreover, the corresponding countermeasures have been put forward to solve different problems. The measures are helpful in practical manufacturing.
