摘 要:以芦丁提取率为指标,对槐米中芦丁的微波辅助萃取进行了研究.结果表明:微波辅助法对萃取槐米中芦丁有极强的促进作用,明显优于加热回流法和化学超声法,不仅产率高,且快速、节能.最佳提取条件为:微波功率450 W,微波辐射时间16 min,槐米粉碎度为80目,料液比为1∶100,槐米浸泡20 min,此条件下槐米中芦丁提取率可达21.97%.Using extraction rate as standards, microwave-assisted process for extraction of rutin from sophora rice was studied. The result indicates that the microwave-assisted has very strong promoting action to extraction of rutin from sophora rice. The extraction rate of turin diffused from sophora rice is larger than reflux extraction with heat and super sound method, not only provides higher production rate but also has the advantage so being fast and energy saving. The optimized conditions: 450 W microwave power and 16 minutes radiation times, the ratio of solid to liquid was 1 : 100, the degree of smash was 80 mesh, the marinating time was 20 minutes, under these conditions the extraction rate of rutin from sophora rice was 21.97% .
