痛通巴布剂的研制

摘　　要：以巴布剂的皮肤累计透过率为综合考察指标,采用正交试验法对巴布剂的处方进行了实验研究,优选出巴布剂的最佳基质配方为聚丙烯酸钠∶水∶羧甲基纤维素钠∶聚乙烯吡咯烷酮∶甘油为0.5∶33∶0.1∶0.2∶5.透皮吸收促进剂的用量为0.4 g,以二甲基亚砜、2%的氮酮和1%的丙二醇联合使用时透皮率最佳,粘贴性能好,剥离无残留,皮肤无刺激及过敏现象.研究证明痛通巴布剂配方合理,制备工艺简便易行,质量可控.Orthogonal design was used to observe the cumulate permeability rate in vitro of the cataplasm, to establish the optimum prescription of matrices for Tongtong Cataplasm. The best formulation is composed of polypropylene acid, water, CMC-Na, PVP, glycerin, and its proportion is 0.5 ; 33 ; 0.1 ： 0.2 ： 5. The optimized penertration enhancers were 4 g DMSO ,2; azone,1 ; propylene glycol. With idea permeability and adhesive ability to the skin. The formulation of Tongtong Cataplasm is resonable and its preparation is simple and rapid.
