摘　　要：提供了一种使用FreeType矢量字库引擎来渲染TrueType矢量字体的方法。首先介绍了如何使用FreeType得到矢量字符的轮廓信息,以及将其转化为点阵位图信息并显示的方法,给出了主要的流程图和示例代码。随后描述了矢量字符的两种不同的布局方式以及其中参数的具体含义。最后针对在嵌入式浏览器上的字体显示要求,对矢量字体显示的变换方法作了讨论。This paper presents a method to render vector font library using FreeType, a software font engine. It first introduces the method of how to use FreeType to get the glyph of a character and convert it to bitmap ~nformation, with the main flowchart and example code. Then it describes the two types of character layout and the important parameters. Finally, according to the requirement of the embedded browser, it makes some discussion on how to transform the font.
