摘　　要：在信息资源管理研究方法中引入制度分析的方法,可以弥补信息资源管理传统研究方法的不足,从而使信息资源管理学的理论研究实现从技术到人文、从总体到个体的变迁,它是一种动态的、全面的信息资源管理研究方法。It is important to introduce institutional analysis methodology for overcoming the weakness of traditional information resouree management. The institutional analysis methodology is dynamic and comprehensive, and gives a way for the research of IRM to change the views from the technology to the humanity, wholesome to individual.
