浅谈电子阅览室的管理创新

摘　　要：高校图书馆开设电子阅览室,使图书馆的服务体系和服务方式更加多样化,为发挥电子阅览室资源和设备的最大作用,区别与网吧式的管理模式,必须对图书馆电子阅览室的管理进行创新:分区管理、规范化的读者管理、提供丰富网络信息资源、免费培训、人文关怀的管理、提高馆员业务等管理新举措。The electronic reading rooms of universities and colleges libraries diversify the service system and service mode of the libraries. To make the best of the resource and the equipments of the electronic reading rooms and differentiate the management of the intemet bars, we should do something to innovate the management and the service mode of the electronic reading room： to standard the management of the readers; to bring the enrichment Intemet informarion resource to the readers; to manage the electronic reading room by dividing the area; to train the readers for free; to care the needy students; to improve the work level of the librarians and so on.
