摘　　要：本文从数字化项目总体规划、元数据研究、数字化图像的创建这三个方面对美国科罗拉多州合作数字化项目的总体指导框架进行了介绍。其中项目规划包含了数字化项目准备、原始资源的物理特性分析、项目运行模式的选择、成本、项目用户、一般扫描策略,旨在为我国图书馆信息资源数字化项目的建设提供若干理论依据和实践经验总结。Fromthe 3 aspects of project planning, metadataresearch, digitalimaging, this article introduces the overall guidance of the American Colorado collaborative digitization program. And the project planning includes digitization project planning, the analysis of the physical characteristics of the original resource, the choice of project operation mode, costs, project user, general scanning strategy. It aims to provide several theoretical basis and practical experience for China＇s library information resource digitization projects.
