急性心肌梗死心率变异性与临床背景的关系

摘　　要：分析８４例急性心肌梗死（ＡＭＩ）后两周患者的心率变异性（ＨＲＶ），旨在了解ＡＭＩ后ＨＲＶ与临床资料的关系。结果：１．ＨＲＶ各项指标与年龄呈负相关，女性患者的ＨＲＶ较男性低（Ｐ＜０．０５）。２．ＨＲＶ与左室射血分数、心肌梗死部位及是否合并高血压无明显关系，但糖尿病患者时域指标中的Ｓｔ．ｇｅｏｒｇｅｓ指数较无糖尿病患者显著下降（Ｐ＜０．０１）。３．心室晚电位阳性者的ＨＲＶ时域指标ＳＤ、Ｓｔ．ｇｅｏｒｇｅｓ指数较阴性者显著下降（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：年龄、性别。Time and frequency domain measures of heart rate variability (HRV) were analyzed in 24 hour ambulatory electrocardiagraphic recordings from 84 patients with acute myocardial infarction in order to investigate its correlation with other clinical data.HRV was inversely correlated with age(P<0 05),P<0 05).Reduction in HRV occurred in patients with diabetes mellitus (P<0.01)and with ventricular late potentials(VLP,P<0.05).There was no significantly difference between inferior and anterior infarction.Patients with hypertension had lower HRV values than those without hypertension,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).These data suggest that age ,sex,VLP and diabetes mellitus have effect on HRV.
