摘　　要：１１０９３例动态心电图受检查者中，２１４１例发现有快速型心律失常，常见的心律失常类型为室上性心律失常。室上性与室性心律失常的年龄构成存在显著性差异（Ｐ＜０００１）。室上性心律失常患者４９％由＞７０岁的老年人所构成。室性心律失常各年龄组所占的构成比近似相等。室上性心律失常患者伴有缓慢型心律失常者显著多于室性心律失常患者（Ｐ＝００００）patients were found tachyarrhythmias in a group of 11093 patients who underwent ambulatory electrocardiogram examination.The most common type of tachyarrhythmias was supraventricular arrhythmias.The difference of age-related ratio between patients with supraventricular of with ventricular arrhythmias was significant (P<0 001),49% of patients with supraventricular arrhythmias consisted of population aged more than 70 years,the age-related ratio of patients with ventricular arrhythmias was similar between different aged populations.The number of patients with brachyarrhythmias were significantly more in patients with supraventricular arrhythmias than that in patients with ventricular arrhythmias(P=0.000).
