剩余污泥生物吸附剂对活性红4的吸附研究

摘　　要：以某啤酒厂污水处理车间的剩余污泥为材料,经质子化处理制成生物吸附剂,进行了吸附水溶液中活性红4(RR4)的研究。结果表明:生物吸附剂上主要含有磺酸基、磷酸基、氨基三个官能团,生物吸附剂对阳离子染料活性红的吸附所需平衡时间短(24h),酸性条件利于吸附,吸附等温曲线符合Langmuir模式,pH=1条件下最大吸附量为(60.35±3.64)mg/g,盐对吸附无明显影响。A biosorbent was prepared through protonated process with the residual sludge from a brewcry＇s wastcwater treatment workshop, and by the biosorbent, a test on adsorption of aqueous reactive red 4 was carried out. The results showed that the biosorbent mainly contained sulfonic group, phosphoric group and amino group three functions groups; the equilibrium time needed for RR4 adsorption of the biosorbcnt was shorter（24h）; acidic condition was advantageous to adsorption; isotherm conformed to Langmuir model well. The maximum adsorption amount at pH=l was （60.35＋3.61） mg/g and salts had no obvious influence on adsorption.
