摘　　要：雅尔塔体制是第二次世界大战后确立的国际政治、经济关系新体制。该体制自创立以来,随着国际关系格局和世界政治地图的新变化,不断得到更新和发展。战后六十余年的世界和平与发展也得益于该体制的成功运行。文章力图说明,不论政治方面还是经济方面,该体制的内容尽管有的已经发生变化、甚至不复存在,但其得以存在的核心内容却不断与时俱进。联合国在维护世界和平方面继续发挥重要作用,三大经济组织仍主导国际经济关系,雅尔塔体制将继续在国际社会中扮演不可替代的角色。Yalta System is a new international political and economic system established after the World War Ⅱ. Since the beginning, the system has developed and been renewed along with the new changes of the international relation pattern and world map of politics. It contributes to the 60 year of world peace and development. The main points of the research are that the core content of the system changes with time though too many contents have been renewed even deleted no matter from political or economic perspective. The United Nation plays significant role in terms of keeping the world peace and the three economic organizations still dominate the international economic relation. The Yalta system is still irreplaceable in the international communities.
