超声引导下应用平阳霉素治疗面颈部静脉畸形75例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:评价超声引导下应用平阳霉素病变内注射治疗面颈部静脉畸形的疗效。方法:75例面颈部静脉畸形患者,其中面部54例,颏下区8例,下颌下区10例,颈部3例。病变最大32mm×39mm,最小6mm×9mm。观察在超声引导下采用平阳霉素病变内注射法的治疗效果及并发症。结果:平均每例患者接受1.64次治疗,其中1次42例,2次21例,3次9例,4次3例。按疗效标准进行疗效判定,治愈63例(84%),基本治愈10例(13.33%),好转2例(2.67%),无效0例(0%),治愈和基本治愈率为97.33%,治疗有效率达100%。治疗后71例(占94.67%)患者出现肿胀,2例(占2.67%)出现一过性头晕,未发现其他并发症。结论:超声引导下病变内注射平阳霉素治疗面颈部静脉畸形安全有效。PURPOSE： To evaluate the effect of ultrasound-guided intralesional injection of Pingyangmycin on venous malformation in the cervical-facial region. METHODS： Seventy-five patients suffering from venous malformation, including 54 patients in the facial region, 8 patients in the submental region, 10 patients in the submandibular region, and 3 patients in the cervical region, were treated by ultrasound-guided intralesional injection of Pingyangmycin. The maximal lesion was 32mm×39mm in size, and the minimal was 6mm×9mm. The treatment results and complications were recorded and evaluated. RESULTS： Each patient received treatment for 1.64 times in average. Among them, 42 patients received one session of treatment, 21 patients had two sessions, 9 patients had three sessions, and 3 patients had four sessions. The results were evaluated according to the criteria for therapeutical effect. The results were excellent in 63 patients （84%）, good in 10 patients （13.33%）, and improved in 2 patients （2.67%）. The successful rate was 97.33%. 71 patients （94.67%） had swelling for several days and 2 patients （2.67%） developed temporary dizziness after treatment. There was no other complications recorded. CONCLUSIONS： Intralesional injection of Pingyangmycin with the aid of ultrasonography is a safe and effective method to treat venous malformation in the cervical-facial region.
