摘 要:根据纺织及复合材料理论给出了描述加捻竹束在竹木复合单板层积材中产生预应力的力学模型。通过试验对比了不配置竹束、配置不加捻竹束、配置加捻竹束3种单板层积材的水平剪切强度和弯曲性能。结果表明:3种单板层积材的水平剪切强度无显著差异。配置竹束使单板层积材弹性模量和静曲强度明显增加,弹性模量增加22.8%,静曲强度增加18.6%;配置加捻竹束的竹木复合单板层积材弹性模量的提高较为明显,较配置不加捻竹束的层积材弹性模量增加17.6%,静曲强度增加11.0%。竹木复合单板层积材中加捻竹束预应力的存在能改善板材的刚度和强度,其预应力效应表现为正效应。According to the theory of tensile and composite, prestressing mechanical model of twisted bamboo bundle is introduced. Horizontal shear strength and bending properties of three kinds of laminated veneer lumber(LVL) i.e. wood laminated veneer lumber, woodbamboo LVL and wood-twisted bamboo bundle LVL are tested. The results show horizontal shear strength has no obvious difference among those three composites. However, the ben- ding properties of wood-bamboo laminated veneer lumber has an obvious increase of MOE and MOR, at 22.8% and 18. 6% respectively, compared with that of wood LVL without bamboo. Wood-twisted bamboo bundle laminated veneer lumber has 17.6% increase of MOE and 11.0% increase of MOR, compared with wood-bamboo LVL. The existence of prestressing effect of twisted bamboo bundle can improve its bending properties. Therefore, prestressing effect of twisted bamboo buddle is positive.
