摘　　要：探讨了"数字区域"市情数据的集散理念,提出了一种基于WebGIS的Web服务技术的"数字城市"市情数据库集散平台框架。以四川省宜宾市为例,基于Geodatabase空间数据库模型,对分散、自治和异构的市情数据进行整合,以web服务实体的形式组建集散平台,达到快速提取和集成市情数据的目的,并充分模拟系统的真实运行环境,检验了系统最终运行效果。This paper discussed the concept of the collective and distributive region database of digital region. The construction of the platform framework of collective and distributive re- gion database for digital city was put forward. Such a platform was based on the service technology of WebGIS. Taking Yibin city in Sichuan province as an example and based on the model for spatial database of Geodatabase, the authors integrated the distributive, autonomic and heterarchical region database, and constructed the collective and distributive platform in web services entity. Such a platform could rapidly extract and collect information from the region of database. The platform fully stimulated the real runtime environment and proved the final operation performance of the platform.
