大面积烧伤的早期胃肠道营养

摘　　要：本文报导采用早期恢复肠道营养治疗１３例大面积烧伤，全部治愈，烧伤面积达６０％—９５％。通过临床分析：我们认为在积极恰当地处理烧伤创面的前提下，尽早恢复肠道营养，加用促胃动力药物配合治疗大面积烧伤病人，可以减少血浆及全血的输入量，保持水、电解质平衡，平稳渡过休克期。具有经济、方便，不受医疗条件限制，体质恢复快，并发症少、创面愈合快等优点。In this article,we reported 13 cases of large area burn wounds(60% to 95% of total body surface)that were treated by restoring gastrointestinal tract on the bases of clinical analysis,we considerde that earlier restoration of gastrointestinal alimentation and application of prornoting stomach peristalsis medicine could decrease the usage of plasma and blood ,maintain the balance of fluid and electrolytes,while properly treating burn wounds,So as the pateins could safely pass the shock phase it had the following advantages:being more econmic and convenience,not being restricted by the medical conditions of local hospital,patiens recovering fast,being few complications,wounds healing fast,etc
