摘 要:软土地基上的混凝土底板或者防渗铺盖一般不会出现施工期温度裂缝,但是在近期完成的嶂山闸加固工程中,上游接长的防渗铺盖在浇筑后30d左右出现了有规律的开裂现象。通过温度场和温度应力数值模拟,研究了该工程铺盖开裂的原因。计算结果显示,与新建工程的铺盖相比较,加固工程中接长铺盖的温度应力分布规律和数值有很大不同,原有铺盖对新浇部分的侧向约束是形成开裂的主要原因,提示在评价结构温度裂缝风险时,侧向约束是不可忽略的关键因素。Concrete impervious floor on soil base seems not to crack by thermal stress during the construction period. However, the exception happened in the Zhangshan Floodgate Project finished recently. Some regular temperature cracks appear in the upriver impervious floor after the con- crete poured about 30 days. This paper gives a study on the reasons of the concrete cracks by the temperature field and thermal stress simulation. The results show the temperature distribution and thermal stress in the impervious floor of the reinforcement project are much different from that in the impervious blanket of a new project,and main reasons of cracks are that the old concrete gives the new one a strong constraint on its side direction. It gives a hint that lateral restraint is an important factor for estimating the risk of structure temperature cracks.
