摘　　要：工业发达国家的安全管理方法及其积累的经验,对于我国安全管理工作有很好的启发作用。列举了国内外煤矿安全管理的现状,从安监体制、安全投入、安全培训及意识培养、技术支持等管理层面进行了深刻的对比分析,最后提出了完善我国煤矿安全管理体制、改善现状的几点建议。Safety management methods and the experience in developed industrial countries are good inspiration to our safety management. The domestic and foreign management of coal mine safety situation were given, and safety controlling system, safety investment training and security awareness, technical support and other management were contrasted and analyzed profoundly. In final, a perfect coal mine safety management system of our country and the recommendations were proposed.
