国产炭钯催化剂工业应用分析

摘　　要：从国产Pd/C催化剂用于对苯二甲酸(PTA)装置试验入手,介绍了国产Pd/C催化剂在装置上的使用情况。并通过与以往所用进口催化剂性能的对比,对国产催化剂进行评价,找出了延长催化剂使用寿命的措施。通过对进口催化剂在PTA装置及间苯二甲酸(PIA)装置的对比,指出国产Pd/C催化剂可以替代进口催化剂生产PIA。The paper introduced the performance of domestic Pd/C catalyst in PTA test plant. The method to extend service life of the catalyst was found out by making a comparison between the domestic catalyst and imported catalysts meanwhile evaluating to the domestic catalyst. The imported can be replaced with the domestic for production PIA by observation of the imported catalyst behavior in the plant of PIA and PTA.
