旋磁场和氦氖激光对烫伤小鼠血清白蛋白和Mc-M系统功能的影响

摘  要:目的探讨旋转磁场和He-Ne激光对烫伤小鼠血清白蛋白和单核一巨噬细胞系统吞噬功能的影响。方法昆明种雄性小鼠48只,以磁场和激光为处理因素作析因设计随机分组,用一定方法造成小鼠背部深亚度烫伤,然后按析目设计方案用磁场和激光照射烫伤小鼠。测算出炭粒廓清率(K慎)和血清白蛋白含量。统计处理按析国法做整体F检验,各水平间用多重比较的FLSD法。统计结果用F值和P值表示。结果旋转磁场处理提高了烫伤小鼠血清白蛋白的含量和K值,氯氖激光处理只提高了血清白蛋白含量,而对K值没影响,磁场和激光对实验指标无协同作用。结论旋转磁场能提高烫伤小鼠血清白蛋白,增强Me-M系统的吞噬功能;He-Ne激光只能提高血清白蛋白;磁场和激光对血清白蛋白和Me—M系统吞噬功能无协同作用。To investigate the influences of rotating magnetic fild and He-Ne laser on serum albumin and engulfing function of Mc-M system in scald mice.Method 48 Kunmin male mice were randomly divided into groups of whith factorial design was made with laser and magnetic fild factors, and deep Ⅱ°scald was made on the back of each mouce with certain method.,then the mice were shined with laser and magnic field,Entire F test of factorial design was used in statistics, and the all data of the levels were compared with FLSD test ;statistical results were expressed with FF values and P values,Results The serum albumin contents and K values were raised by rotating magnetig field;the serum albumin contents were raised also by He-Ne laser;there was no co-effect between laser and roating fideld.Conclusion Rotating magnetic field can raise serum albumin contents and enhance the engulfing function fo Mc-M system in scald mice; laser and magnetic fileld have no co-effect to erum albumin and engulfing function fo Me-M system.
