自拟羚羊角方对震颤大鼠癫痫小发作作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察由羚羊角、天麻、白蒺藜、蜈蚣、全蝎等组成的复方中药对震颤大鼠小发作的作用。方法:取震颤大鼠30只,雌雄各半,随机分成5组,分别为高、中、低复方中药组,西药组,蒸馏水组,每组6只。各组大鼠皮质和海马安插电极,连续记录给药前及给药后不同时段的脑电图。结果:低、中、高剂量复方中药组在停药1d后对震颤大鼠小发作的作用最显著。以给药前作为100%,平均每次癫痫小发作时间在停药1d分别降至给药前的(51±9)%,(49±13)%,(42±6)%;15min内癫痫小发作总持续时间分别降至给药前的(60±18)%,(57±14)%,(57±18)%。结论:自拟羚羊角方对震颤大鼠小发作有明显的抑制作用。Objective,To observe the effects of compound composed of cornu antelopes, gastrodia, tribulus terrestris, scorpio, centipede on absence seizures of tremor rats. Methods. 15 female tremor rats and 15 male tremor rats were randomly divided into high dose group, middle dose group, low dose group, Western medicine group and distilled water group respectively. Each group had 6 tremor rats. The electrodes were implanted in cortical and hippocampus of rats. The electroencephalograms （EEG） were continuously recorded before and after administration of compound. Results： The duration of each absence seizures was significantly reduced from 100% to （51±9）%, （49±13）%and （42±6）% by low dose, middle dose and high dose at 1 d after stopping administration respectively. The total duration of absence-like seizures was significantly reduced from 100% to （60±18） %, （57±14） %and （57±18） % respectively. Conclusion： The compound composed of cornu antelopes, gastrodia, tribulus terrestris, scorpio and centipede is conspicuously effective for treatment of absence seizures of tremor rats.
